I stepped on my hearing aid last week, called you and you sent me a loaner the same day. When I tried on the loaner, I decided maybe I would enjoy the BTE more than the in the ear. Today Bill, from Lloyds, called and after talking with him I decided to try the Rexton Grand D. If it is nearly as good, and I expect it to be better, I can hardly wait to get it!!
